On the 14th July the Tunbridge Wells Taekwon-Do instructor and one student made their way to Guildford for the annual London Open. Mr Thompson got a bronze in black belt patterns and then Sarah Budd won a gold in colour belt patterns and silver in sparring – fighting competitors two weight categories above her own!

Tunbridge Wells Taekwon-Do instructor Luke Thompson has been selected to represent England at the World Championships in Spain later this year.

Tunbridge Wells Taekwon-Do is 2 years old today! We have now been running for 2 years and what a great 2 years it has been. The club has grown from strength to strength; increasing class numbers, new classes, excellent grading results and amazing medals.
