Mr Thompson was invited to visit the National Taekwondo Centre (Olympic style TKD) in Manchester. It was a great opportunity to see how the developemnt squad trained in this full time, fully funded centre. So if any of our young athletes have a burning desire to go to the Olympics we now have a better understanding of how to get you into the national fighting chance program.
It was a fantastic day and our hosts were extremely welcoming. Thanks to Steve Green and Romaine Bailey for sharing their knowledge and passion.
