This Saturday (1st July) we are doing a technical training session. It’s aimed at those going to the grading the following weekend but is open to anyone. The focus will be on patterns, technical moves, step sparring and breaking.It’s ideal for anyone wanting to practice before the grading.
It will be:
- at the Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre
- 10.30am
- 1 hour for white belts and yellow tags
- 2 hours for all other grades
- The cost is £5.
