We have a few spaces left in our 7-9 year old Children’s Martial Arts classes on Thursdays at 5.45pm. The classes are at St Gregory’s school. We run a 4 lesson trial, which costs £30.
The children learn blocks, kicks and strikes, how to defend themselves, increase their self esteem, improve balance and coordination and learn traditional martial arts techniques.

9 competitors from Tunbridge Wells Taekwon-Do formed part of the AETA team at the Open British Championships on the 23rd November. There were some excellent performances in some very tough categories. Tunbridge Wells came away with

Jacob Smith; Gold in special technique, bronze in sparring
Evie Persad; silver in patterns
Amelia James; silver in sparring, bronze in special technique

Great job team! Thanks to the parents and supporters for staying so long and all the hard work and to the AETA coaches and umpires for working so hard all day.

Under 10yrs Registration from 8:30AM to 9:15AM
Under 10yrs Competition from 9:30AM
10-13yrs Registration from 11:30AM to 12:15AM
10-13yrs Competition from 1:00PM
14-17yrs and Adults Registration from 3:00PM to 3:30PM
14-17yrs and Adults Competition from 3:45PM
We will start each event with team pattern first and then the individual competition, so when you arrive if you are in a team you can practice your team pattern first.
