The annual Vision Taekwon-Do Association seminar is taking place in Tunbridge Wells on Saturday 8th Feb. It’s always a great event with over 100 students taking part. The seminar is split into children and adults and each group take part in 3 x 1 hour sessions. This year the kids will cover traditional sparring, defensive techniques and free sparring. The adults will get to do breaking and forging, close quarter self defence and kicking speed and recovery.
The sessions are taught by the association’s senior instructors, giving the students a chance to do some of the less explored areas of Taekwon-Do.
All students should bring their sparring equipment, water and a piece of fruit.
Please be aware that the traffic on St John’s road is always bad on a Saturday and the car park will be very busy so please arrive early. Parents can watch from the balcony – there is a cafe in the Sports Centre!
